It's my dream to see it
>>219296692It doesn't look like on the photos.
>>219296829So it's not kino then?
>>219296829>been seeing this shit in photos my whole life>never got to see it and probably never will>turns out every photo was doctoredFigures.
>>219296911I have never been in a place where the lights are bright. I live in a place where I can just see some glow.>>219296961It's not really "doctored", it's because of shutter speed. Here on the pic how it looks more alike for a naked eye.
>>219296692Yeah, I saw a lot of those when I worked at Vankor oilfields
>>219297060And here how it looks with good shutter speed for a photo.
>>219297060That's fine desu, i live in a big city, so i barely see stars
>>219296961Idk about Australia, but in new zealand, they don't have the southern lights?
There was northern lights in my city last month and like Russia said it's a big ass disappointment. There's just a weird glow in the sky which you can only really see through a camera t. Dutch
>>219297300Mainly around the Antarctic Circle. A couple of thousand km away from even the most southern part of NZ.
>>219297385Antarctic Circle
>>219297385You can see them in Argentina and Chile
One time as a kid there were super bright lights and the entire family went out to look at them. For me it was magical, it shined very bright so you could see clearly in the darkness. But after that I haven't seen so big and bright lights. And if you keep seeing them regularly the magic wears off pretty fast. And I have only seen purely green lights no other colours
>>219296829>>219296961>>219297060>>219297082Money saved. Guess I'll stick to bioluminescent bay.
Saw it one time here but it was red and wasn't that bright
