I missed out on the Polish thugs dying era of the early 90s so I've never seen these. Nowadays they just get caught and go to jail, so they get jail graffiti. Pic related is a common "pozdrowienia do więzienia" (greetings to prisoners). It's usually put on walls across the street from a jail so it's visible to some of the criminals.
