My high score was back in November of 2025 which was 332 thousands steps.

I work 3 week shifts, when I'm at work I walk a lot, maybe 10,000 steps a day, when I'm home I barely walk to my computer and bike to the grocery store

how do you measure that

Well there's probably no measure to measure that exactly, I just rely on Google Fit

I work 2 month shifts T_T
But same, about 10-11k steps a day, but that November was busy

i walk 4-8 miles a day at work or when i am outdoors
i don't walk around town at all unless it is from one bar to another and i certainly don't do it for fun

332 thousand steps sounds like a lot, what were doing?
>>
>>219313250
aren't you supposed to be in war
>>
>>219313250
Not really
I walk a lot less in winter

It's like 10k per day. Sounds like a lot but isn't
I walked a lot more in college but got lazy after lockdowns
>>
>>219313250
i've walked as much as 25 miles/40 kilometers in one day on numerous occasions
my overall record is somewhere around 33 miles/53 kilometers
>>
>>219313250
I walk roughly 25-30k steps at work and I have on average 10 shifts every 3 weeks, so 300k is an average amount of monthly steps for me.

used to walk a 1.3 mile route to and from work back in the early 2010's, I was in such good shape and the business next door had an owner with a cute daughter who liked me.

10k steps is not that much really, you walk the dog for an hour and potter about the house a bit and you're there
>>
>>219313250
now in the winter I'm hovering around 3-400k pr month
