A few months ago I traveled to several countries and stayed in cheap hostels, I met a Jordanian guy in one and he was such a chill dude, he prayed everyday for 15 minutes too but just overall a quiet cool guy. Then I go to another hostel and end up with an Algerian in the room and the vibe he gave was the complete opposite (he also didn't pray at all), and I basically slept like pic related
