Not really since race is often arbitrary but there's definitely a massive chasm between them and Euro-American identity so lumping them with White Americans doesn't make much sense.

We should just adopt a strict gradient system and say fuck it about the underlying ethnicities. Edge cases are just going to have to live with it.
