>>219331462Not much difference except if you consider India. Most non-Indian thirdies stay within their own language sphere on the net and mind their own business. The ones you see on English language sites are usually the top 10% ers. The exception is Indians who were weaponised by Putin during the Hillary-Trump elections. By a horrible accident of History, billions of Indians can speak some English and they have invaded the English language internet.
