Will we ever see all of the ancient Apostolic Churches reunited?

No. We'll see their dissapearence first
>>
No. The EO aren't in communion with each other and each patriarch has their own theological issue with others. Catholic leadership is asleep at the wheel while the German bishops are creating another schism.

I do think there will be significant steps if another World War breaks out or there's a worldwide persecution of Christian's. Both scenario's would superglue both.

Probably not

They still have fundamental theological differences. Those differences haven't been resolved in 1000 years and if they haven't been so far they probably never will be. To admit to changing your ways will be to admit you're wrong and neither Orthodox or the Catholic church wants to do that.

imo the filioque doesn't really matter in the grand scheme of things.

I read in a lot of places in MENA Catholics and Orthodox take communion in each other Churches all the time, to the point a lot of people don't even know there is supposedly a schism in place.

I think the theological differences are maybe too exaggerated.

They are, it's all one Body of Christ

Orthodox can take communion at Catholic churches but Catholics can't take communion at Orthodox unless in specific circumstances. Eucharist is one thing but there are more differences between the churches. Just because the common people are ignorant does not mean these heads of churches are. Ultimately it would come down to the Pope and magisterium and the Patriarchs. And you're talking about people that know more about the faith since they are theologians. They take it more seriously.
