The headmaster at my high school was actually part of an old order established in the 14th century. Since her rank was lower than one student's father, she had to pass him through the school system despite his grades being utter shit. I found out because it was literally public information on their website. Pic related, she's in the middle.Once his father died he ended up working in a Żabka though because he's a retard.
When I joine University we went to a military style bootcamp. We were called worthless, thrown food at us, seniors would form a 15 person on each line tunnel where you had to go through it while being shouted and kicked at and etc, as well as many more. After that you were accepted and everyone would just get coma drunk. God I miss that day. I really can't explain these rituals they exist in every branch in society, probably something primordial.
