But any degree holder would encounter difficulties there for a few reasons: Germany has overproduction of graduates and shortage of blue collar workers, the degrees will require some steep language requirements (C1). I was wrong though, I remember a guy that got proper "career" in Germany. An engineer of some sorts from a semi-decent Kyiv university, he is working at a German air base as a mechanic now.
