Gyoza sauce is just 1:1 soy sauce and rice vinegar
Buy those two things and then you have versatile ingredients and don't need to waste money on a dedicated sauce

These guys are my favourites. I fell in love with them last summer, but they are a seasonal item. Now that they were in stock again a while back, i filled up my freezer with a strategic supply. I like to cook em on a pan with balsamico and season with heavy pepper. Then serve with 200g of creme fraiche. Absolute feast.

to make really authentic japanese gyoza dipping sauce, just mix soy sauce and rice vinegar in roughly equal proportion, and then add a couple of drops of this stuff to taste
that is the ultimate

gyoza is just jiaozi, the most common type of chinese dumpling available in the west. Baozi is much harder to find. I like both with some chili oil to dip them in.
