Is there any difference in how Northern and Southern Spaniards look, or do people more or less look the same throughout the country?

Not really. You can have a blonde, blue eyed man and his cousin can look like a lebanese. The variation in spanish appearance is internal and not so much regional.

Southern Spaniards are descendants of the Northern Spaniards who spred down south during the Reconquista, so there aren't big differences. The only ones who may have a more distinctive look are the Basques and Canarians.
