I imagine dalmatians eat more proscuitto on average but it is also popular overall. Slavonians eat Kulen (breddi guud). Cured sausages are also a thing. But a lot of people (me included) have eggs and a pastry (kifla (kipferl?), kajzerica (kaisersemmel), kroasan. Maybe bread with a cream cheese spread or nutella. There is no such thing as a croatian breakfast.
