What do you this of this Swedish studio who did not put Asian languages and Swedish on their game avaliable in 2 weeks ?

Foreigners writing games in English is one thing. Them not even making a version in their own language is another. I actually hate the trend of fewer language translations/localizations in video games. If your game doesn't offer Polish I will pirate a fan-translated romhack of it or I just won't play it at all.
