Why are cities in Serbia so boring? Apart maybe from Belgrad and some parts of Novi Sad and Zrenjanin (the later two located in the former Habsburg province Vojvodina, surprise, surprise) pretty much every Serbian city is just single-story building architecture, with housing estates and slums taking over most of the downtown area. Where's the urbanization? Where's the development? If I was born in Serbia I would kill myself from boredom.
