How would you season your rice in your country?For me it's turmeric

If I'm using my rice cooker (which is probably 95% of time I make rice), I just use chicken broth as the liquid for seasoning. If I'm actively cooking it, I use saffron, onions, peppers, garlic or sometimes cilantro depending on the dish
