Honestly, for women, BMI is a good guideline for overweight/fat because they don't put on a considerable amount of muscle (which skews the BMI for men).

Depends on the girl. Some look better with fat, some don't. Ive seen bigger girls who look hot but look worse when they got skinny, same with the opposite.
