Here is the real reason why:

1. Most Americans online, MAGA or not, are very cynical and are tired of Trump. So this won't bait any USA flags on 4chan. Very few Americans outside boomers believes in America anymore.

2. Foreigners (especially Euros) react much better to American arrogance and USA pride-bait. A comic straight insulting USA doesn't really scratch the itch. It's boring. It's too obvious.
