I spend around 9-10 hours a day 6 days a week inside the kitchen but I enjoy it, it's a lively place, the pay is good and I have no expenses cause accomodation and food is all paid for. But I have to find a good place for the winter season cause I can't stay jobless for 5 months once again

>>219856813It can get even worse. The apprenticeship is called Ausbildung, after the 2nd year you have to start preparing for an exam (the exam OP is complaining about). I think you can fail that exam only twice. If you failed the exam for the third time, all those years you put into apprenticeship previously are annulled, meaning it would be possible for OP to start his apprenticeship from scratch and spend 6 years of his life in total instead of the 3 because he failed his exams.
