The greeks half or entirely break all these rules explicitly or in part. Lease said no pets, a week after moving in they got a dog. They partially break a rule, they get caught, they act like they don't understand why there's a problem, say it won't happen again, then do the same thing again, etc. They do not acknowledge the concept that when a complaint is received it means it's a deman that they stop doing whatever it is permanently; that it does not nean stop doing it for a few weeks then do it again like there's no problem.

It was a weird interaction but it wasn't the foreigner fault.
