Lived in a studio until last year when I moved go a slightly larger 1-bedroom apartment. I really disliked having the place I sleep in be the same place where I cook and do everything else, separate bedroom defintiely feels better.

i lived in a studio apartment for nearly 4 years and it sucked, the only good thing was that the jobcenter paid the full rent like heating and electrity. But only having 1 room sucks, if you have loud neighboors there is no way to go. i moved to east Germany and got a 3 room apartment now and i pay 100€ less in rent...

TODAY Eastern Europe has people living in houses much worse than khruschevkas. I have seen people in 2020s living in houses built by German prison labour in fucking 1946-1953 period, people from those houses would kill for an apartment in khruschschevka.
