I was in a position sort of like this when our company got bought out and I was meant to move to a new team, new manager was getting promoted so didn’t want to deal with me so my day consisted of going to work and doing nothing for the most part which went on for months I ended up leaving right as a new manager came in who actually did interact with me but it was too lateAnd obviously this will sound great to some but driving into work and doing nothing all day aside from wagie office talk and the rare task gets miserable when I’d rather just be at home doing anything else
