Japan is literally low competition. These jeets are stupid because they can always go to language school and work at convenience stores. In fact, that's what they all do.

Codemonkey jobs always call back, though unlike the US, getting a final interview is not a guaranteed job offer. But once you have Japanese residency, you end up with literally 10x more jobs to choose from.
