It's called Chlebnij Kwas and it's a soft drink from Lithuania, though it's apparently popular in Eastern Europe in general.
The smell is kind of soapy. Its taste is sweet and yeasty. Not bad, but not really my thing either.
But I think it's neat that other countries have different whole categories of soft drinks.
Do you drink it in your country?
