Kosovo is not recognized and has been ruled over by Serbs for years until they achieved de-facto independence. Also Kosovo is like 99% Sunni Muslim, while Albania has a lot of Orthodox, Catholic and Bektashi Muslim Albanians. Also Albania was ruled by a crazy paranoid dictator who built a lot of bunkers and they have nice beaches and sometimes they larp as Italians and own Pizzerias, while Kosovo is basically only mountains. People say that Kosovo Albanians are more religious and some are even salafists, but all the Kosovo Albanians I know are not religious at all and drink and eat pork.
