>>220349273Legal until 2011 here. It was argued it already fell under animal cruelty when animals could be expected to suffer from it, and that it would be a pure morality law otherwise. Kinda makes sense from an autistic perspective, but it's hard to argue for in a way that looks good. Some people tried though.
