Even here where they're probably our most significant neighbour they're simply NEVER talked about, it's so strange (ofc Bali doesn't count). Like even Papua New Guinea and its going ons warrant more discussion and involvement than Indonesia, and other much smaller and less relevant Pacific Islands.
