It's honestly crazy how we, Americans, invented all the best holidays. Christmas, Halloween, Easter, etc. Then Europeans appropriate it. I saw videos of Irish people carving pumpkins (american) on halloween last year. Flattering, but sad.
>inb4 these are european traditions
Originally, but as they're celebrated today, not anymore.

We don't celebrate Halloween in Germany. I have never seen or heard of a street, where kids go to trick-and-treat.

Saying that, I do think it would be fun to go on a Halloween costume party.

lmao no one celebrates Halloween
It has cool vibes, sure, we may watch horror movies to fit the mood, but no kid goes candy-hunting, no one makes cool pumpkins etc

nice dubs
kinda funny one of my earliest memories of Halloween was the day after Halloween we went outside and saw someone smashed a bunch of pumpkins on my dad's police car. going trick-or-treating isn't super popular though. most people I know, myself included, will just go to a church or neighborhood gathering

Can't believe you guys invented it then stopped doing it all together
