What's gym etiquette like in your cunt?
>>
>>220473985
None
>>
>>220473985
Dumb roastie genuinely seem confused the world does NOT in fact revolve around her.
>>
Considering most people don't have proper etiquette anywhere anyways, my gym is alright.
>>
If I was a foid I would grow my ass big and wear slutty little short shorts at the gym to attract a fat BBC
>>
>>220474307
These endless "rage bait" and "engagement posts" need to stop, anon. This isn't healthy for (You).
>>
>>220474323
Those were my actual thoughts
>>
I once asked some roastie at the gym if she was using a machine and she got the ick
>>
>>220474388
which machine
>>
>>220474637
Cable kickbacks probably
>>
>>220474642
It was a cable machine yes
>>
Why are commercial gyms the go-to for everybody nearly 100% of the time? Considering most people don't even go to get big, they'd probably be better off at a boxing gym or something similar. At least you'd learn to defend yourself while you got fit, as well.
>>
>>220474718
most people have guns here
>>
>>220474307
faggot
>>
>>220475410
Doesn't really answer my question. It's also only one country out of over 200. Not everything is about you.
>>
>>220474718
because people can't think for themselves anymore
>>
>>220473985
I don't understand what happened here
>>
>>220474718
>Considering most people don't even go to get big
literally every single male under 40 go to the gym to get big
>>
>>220475922
She got the ick by an employee and he kicked her out for being rude af.
>>
>>220473985
show earlier part of video

>>220474307
same~
>>
>>220475922
You're not allowed to look at girls if you're sub 7.
>>
>>220473985
i dont get what happened?
>>
>>220476406
Then they aren't very good at it.
>>
>>220476660
i know, most people don't understand intensity or nutrition
>>
>>220476790
Who's that Jewish guy that looks like a roided-up toddler? Couldn't they just watch his videos for some tips?
>>
>>220476823
mike israetel, and he's a complete fucking fraud who doesn't understand training or dieting himself. the fact that so many people watch him is part of why people don't get big in the gym
>>
>>220476888
Ah, so that's why Greg Doucette isn't a fan.
>>
>>220476425
What did she do that was rude? I think this is missing some shit
>>
>>220477874
there was a big disillusionment recently because his phd is a total scam so he has lost tons of credibility, but yeah greg is one of the og haters who knew from the start
>>
>>220476888
Everyone in the "fitness" industry is a charlatan. Working out is one of the most ridiculous activity a man, especially a woman can do.
>>
>>220478036
>Everyone in the "fitness" industry is a charlatan.
true, it's just that mike is extra bad
>Working out is one of the most ridiculous activity a man, especially a woman can do.
because?
>>
>>220478097
Because it's very stressful for your body, and stress shortens your life span as we all know.
>>
>>220478223
is this bait or are you genuinely this retarded?
>>
>>220473985
Is there any follow-up fall out she got for this? I'm pretty sure even reddit couldn't defend her behaviour.
>>220475922
>>220476524
The black guy is standing on the other side of the gym talking to his friend and at some point he very briefly glances in her direction (I think it was maybe even becuase of the sudden movement of her taking her clothes off), and then she starts spazzing out claiming he's staring at her. Its a common thing for women to do in american gyms while filming themselves to farm rage.
>>
>>220478255
Stress is the entire point of working out, burning calories, muscles adapting and getting bigger. It's the result of stress and your body adapting to it. You have just been told all your life that it's good for your longevity even when your body tells you to quit doing it and even rewards you when you stop.
Why do you think marathon runners die so prematurely, and that the oldest people are women who have lived sedentary lives?
>>
>>220478425
have you ever heard of recovery? endurance sports (like marathon running) is awful because it puts *too much* stress on your body, a vigorous 45 minute weightlifting session 3-5 times a week is completely fine
there's absolutely no nuance in what you're saying and real research contradicts it

She went there to record social media bait trying to pretend he was staring at her to get video clicks on her social media. The guy wasn't even looking in her direction and when she tried to trick him into getting mad so that she could play the harassed victim role she needed he just called the cops to remove her
>>
>>220478490
Recovery is stress. It's inflammation because your body is recovering. Now you do admit that exerting your body causes stress. The "real research" (whatever that means) also contradicts other "real research", there are studies showing that anything but walking causes too much stress for longevity. It's not proof of anything neither are the other contradicting studies.

If you want to lift weights aka doing unnatural movements on the same muscles over and over again to get "big", then go ahead but don't be delusional and think it's making you healthy.
>>
>>220478667
i didn't say it made me healthy, im challenging your claim that it shortens your life. you just made a blanket assertion with zero proof
you're severely overestimating what this stress actually does to your body and how your body handle it. shortens it by how much? an hour? a minute? a year?
>>
>>220478805
hes obviously retarded, you shouldnt bother with him
>>
>>220478667
another thing you're ignoring is quality of life. let's say exercise doesn't affect longevity, it still affects your body *now*. you feel good after working out, and you feel good in general because you're stronger, faster and more enduring than you'd be otherwise. i love being able to carry firewood 4 floors without breaking a sweat because i lift and do cardio
>>
>>220473985
idk i have a home gym. no need to mingle with the peasants
>>
>>220478664
>If you want to lift weights aka doing unnatural movements on the same muscles over and over again to get "big"
One thing to point out is that not all health/fitness or even weightlifting is the same "muscle culture" where you use exogenous hormones to become a muscle hulk.
Natural folk don't get that big regularly.
Another important misconception that a lot of people have is that lifting is all you need and they completely ignore cardio which is important. I know you mentioned the "stress" that cardio puts on the body but your body is literally adapting to handle that stress and become better and more efficient.
>>
>>220476524
sverige ja!
>>
>>220478805
Longevity is a result of health, stress no matter the amount is unhealthy and will result in a shorter life. You didn't even know recovery is a state of inflammation, and have posted no proof yourself.
>>220478869
Exercise does affect longevity, negatively. You feel good for about an hour because your brain is releasing endorphins, why do you think that is? It does not really make you stronger, the density of your bones is where the real strength lies. Your muscles have grown and adapted to those exercises. As for the firewood you would've eventually adapted to it anyway without working out. Do you think African women carrying shitload of weights on their shoulders and heads, walking several miles not making a sweat go to the gym? Clearly not, they've adapted to it.

It's pointless in every aspect of every-day life. It's only use case I can think of is if you're sent to war if your cardio is actually "good".
>>
>>220479245
again, just blank assertions with zero evidence. just a flat "stress = shorter life" with no nuance
it honestly sounds more like you're out of shape and lazy and found a way to cope with it
>>
>>220478919
>Natural folk don't get that big regularly.
If you eat right and go to the gym 3-4 times a week you do get kind of big, not roids big but big.
You can replace 1-2 gym sessions with doing physically its best on top.
>>220479245
>Exercise does affect longevity, negatively.
Not really, muscle mass starts to really matter once you get older, a strong person in his 20-30s who kept in shape will have a much much much easier life when hes 50,60,70.
A person without muscle in his 20s or 30s will struggle a lot when he gets older.
>>
>>220479245
https://pmc.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/articles/PMC7431070/
here's what i mentioned earlier. most exercise affects your health positively while ultra endurance shit is bad
>>
>>220479424
He's talking about muscleheads who do high intensity shit daily + roids + supplements while most people just eat better and do moderate levels of strength training to get stronger 2-4 times a week.
>>
>>220479456
no, he's literally talking about *all* exercise. read his posts, he's advocating against any and all exercise and claims they will shorten your life no matter what
>>
>>220473985

>>
>>220479606
he really is
>>
>>220479350
Do you want me to say that jogging every Sunday afternoon is less stressfull than e.g being a full-time marathon athlete? Or what do you mean by "nuance"? Because "looking juicy dude" is not what we are discussing.
>>220479424
This is no proof of anything, not even that extreme exercise is bad. Just associations. There are studies showing that walking is optimal.
>>
>>220479750
i mean that your flat assertion that any type of stress from exercise reduces longevity lacks nuance
>This is no proof of anything, not even that extreme exercise is bad.
so why are you so sure?
>>
in certain cities in israel married women having sex with gym coaches is quite common
>>
>>220479904
should have issued the get like she wanted
>>
>>220479857
The reason you die is because your body has used all its resources available. The more resources you use the more you're going to age, hence stress reduces your life span. Working out stresses and puts a strain on the (cardio)vascular system. Speed does this too and you don't see anyone defending how healthy it is because your heart rate is through the roof.

You learn all of this in elementary school btw
>>
>>220480184
no, this is not taught in elementary school. this is something retarded that you're using as a shield because you're lazy and out of shape
>>
>>220480417
Yes, biology class teaches you about stress and basic bodily functions. I've given my explanations and taught you a few things that you didn't know before. Another issue with gymfags is that they deep down know their activity is nonsense so they do some mental gymnastics and try to explain to themselves why they do it. There is an underlying mental issue that you need to break free from. Some were groped as kids but most are just insecure about their looks, status and height. The "health" and gym industry It's a huge market that prey on these people and use them for economical benefit. Today people who don't participate in these activities and assumptions are considered lazy and fat. A sad state of affairs for humanity.
>>
>>220480796
why the hell are you suddenly yapping about the gym industry? we're talking about general fitness and exercise. your claim is that anything exercise is bad, that includes even a moderately intense 15 minute swim
and no, biology class doesn't teach you that the body dies because it used up it's resources. you're like those "the heart has a set amount of heartbeats" morons
again, you're lazy and out of shape and this is your cope
>>
blud said he taught a few things lmaoooooo
>>
>>220480944
Yes an intense swim session will do you no good in terms of health benefits as your body is undergoing stress during this activity. Hormones are released resulting in your heart pumping more blood for oxygen, this puts a strain on your body especially over time. Everything we do in life is basically an exchange of resources. Your health for X thing. The issue here is going to the gym doesn't give you anything other than entertaining delusions, while hunter-gatherers sacrificed their health to win a war against the tribe, or escape from imprisonment, an animal.
>>
>>220481642
alright bro
>>
>>220477958
Interesting. A quick search suggests it was brought into question but possibly upheld. Is that false?
>>
>>220473985
Why do americans go to the gym?
I have a home gym in Germany
>>
>>220481751
What is it that you don't understand? Stress just means your body is getting fucked over because you can't or couldn't handle something, so your body starts producing bunch of hormones such as adrenaline and cortisol. The term for it is fight-flight response. It is always a bad thing for your health, it doesn't mean it can't pay off in other aspects of life. So why do you work out? Don't say health or being able to carry firewood because you would've adapted to it anyway.
>>
>>220473985
I have never talked to someone in the gym i didnt know prior to the gym, but i went during ramadan evenings and made a few acquaintances who ask me for helps and tips and stuff
>>
>>220473985
This bitch is seething because the BBC didn't want to fuck her.
