Here, you can see how catholicism and orthodoxy were literal slave religions for slaves in slavery owned by other people whereas Protestantism is for rich white people during the Renaissance, because the church kept taxing their money and giving it to poors. This also led to the development of liberal market capitalism, worldwide tolerance of the jewish people, zionism and the state of Israel.

Within the US specifically, protestant Americans draw direct relations between themselves vs the indians and Israel vs the arabs. Doesn't matter who was there first. America won. Israel must win. Also, notice how the catholic church and orthodoxy banned chattel slavery and using humans as medical surgery experiments, which did not exist in southern baptism or most protestant movements.
