You can take a shower in the train main station.You can camp in nature if it's 150m+ from houses away and the area is not cultivated, i.e. agriculture, playground etc.I stayed in Knivsta. 230 USD for 5 nights in an okay double room apartment hotel early September, but one wastes an hour in the train to Stockholm and back.
Bars in Stockholm are crazy expensive. Cheaper outside town.
