Do people IYC sear this piece of meat just right without using the oven in the end? Switzerland, no
>>
My preferred method for cooking any steak is a few minutes under the broiler. But I don’t even buy ribeye because there is too much fat.
>>
I typically buy an entire vacuum-sealed chuck roll sub primal. One end attached to the ribeye, and from that end you can get a few nice chuckeye steaks. You also can get some denver steaks and flatiron steaks if you know what you're doing. They're not really steaks I care about so I usually just cut off the chuckeye steaks, cut off some chuck roasts, and dice the rest for taco/stew meat.

Reverse sear > everything else.

it's a pain in the ass, you can just fry entrecotre up in the pan no biggie, as long as you slice it thick it's almost retard proof

I never put meat in oven
Either its boiled, grilled or stoved. Never raw tho. Animals eat raw food. Humans eat cooked food
>>
>>220590799
first worlders are like animals that eat rare cooked animal flesh thats bloody, raw, and cold,

>Swissoids cook the ribeye in the oven
I don't even have a reaction image for this. I wonder if we can just build some kind of roof over your entire country and gas everyone at once.
>>
>>220595759
not really, humans are supposed to eat raw food too
cooking started as a cope to deal with rotten meat
>>
>>220599559
Humans have small stomachs. We can't stuff ourselves 1 day a week and subsist the other 6 like most large animals can. A lion can eat 1/5th it's weight in a single day if hunts. That would be like downing 30000 calories as a human.
