Klippfisk with bacon, blandaball, sauage and kohlrabi mash + potatoes is very good. Infact, you sort of need the potatoes and kohlrabi to offset the flavour a bit since the taste of the meat is so strong. Sort of in the same way you dont eat pure sugar but offset it by adding a bunch of other shit to make chocolate, sweets, cake etc
