So, it is very difficult to teach good nutrition to kids when "normal" food is barely different from fast food. In Asia, it is easier since local food can be very different to fast food. The solution is to abandon "Western" food at school and start feeding kids Asian-style meals: rice + chicken/fish/beef + veges.
