Choose your pod
>>
The US pod is still the best, more space and less neighbours in the immediacy

Until you have to drive 30 minutes minimum to do literally anything instead of just walking downstairs to the store that's in the same building as your apartment.
>>

It's horribly inhuman thoughever

better than a commieblock, they lack a garden area though, too close together. trees are important!
>>
>>220741921
that's a genuine misconception, most europeans live in an endless sprawl of commieblocks and for the most part you will not find what you need in your own street or next to it, every time I go shopping it's either a 15 min walk back and forth with very few stuff or just get into the car and go to the better and bigger supermarket, load up for a week and drive for 30 minutes, and that's just groceries, imagine anything more specific, do you think we have an Ikea in every street? Most cities in Spain outside Barcelona or Madrid (and even most parts of it) are really what we call "commuter cities", most people don't even work there, they just live there, and the ammenities are incredibly scarce

Show a ghetto "project" in new york and a Haussmann street in Paris next time

the spanish one or the us

Commieblocks are great as long as your neighbors aren't drug addicts and/or ethnics
>>
>>220742008
this, btw, has been exacerbated after COVID were thousands of small locals closed due to people buying online and bigger businesses offering door-dash services, plus this retarded "socialist" government increased taxes on small businesses like crazy, so we are left more and more with just massive Carrefour's or Lidl's while the small pop&mom's shops that used to exist in every corner close
>>
>>220742008
>do you think we have an Ikea in every street
México ni siquiera tiene un IKEA.
Simplemente espero que España sea como México, pero con más gente blanca, menos contaminación y sin estadounidenses (una maravilla). My parents village still doesn't have more than 30w per house, which is enough for a TV or a washer.

you would think finns love the idea of owning their own property and private space instead of hearing their neighbors have sex and argue in the commieblock. Very weird how the same people that have to distance themselves 5ft at a bus stop can tolerate being surrounded on all sides in a pod
>>
>>220742369
Owning your own house is actually better in Finland because people who want can choose to live economically in apartments and as a result everybody isn't forced into suburban hell. There's more variety, nature and services are closer by.

we have shops, pharmacies, gyms, banks, clubs and playgrounds near big apartment complexes. some have those inside, some others have them outside a short walk away. get better at planning i guess. a bus takes you in 10 min to the city center with all the other bigger shops and gambling halls. the people that have to drive a bit usually live at the edges of the city in newly constructed homes.

Are Germans capable of posting anything without sounding like a soylent guzzling faggot?

America, easy.
Americans don't suffer

don't really care. i'm not going to be nice to spaniards because they have only now started to pull their weight in the eu and are still complaining. we got shops everywhere in my small city (40k). you can walk 5 to 10 min in any direction and you are going to find a rewe, lidl, aldi, netto or penny somewhere. most of the time you got three or four of them right next to each other with a postal place and a butcher shop inside. you got gyms, clubs, gambling halls, parks, public swimming halls and other places also just 15 min at most away from you. barber shops and doctors are also littered between all the places where a lot of people live. you can walk everywhere.

looks like industrial revolution era housing
the german counterpart to that isn't half bad either (gründerzeit)
>>
>>220741959
Wait till you realize that 1 chimney=2 pods and 5 people who dont know each other live in each pod.
>>
>>220742455
lots of US pubic housing seems kinda nice, it's the poeple that are the issue

i remember watching boyz n the hood and menace ii society as a kid and being jealous of their nice little houses un sunny california

i would LOVE to live under the same chimney as you
we WOULD get to know each other though

Well if you are talking about sexo then sorry but i already hit the wall. If you are talking about socializing then its not my thing really and the cramped forced to meet each other enviroment doesnt help.

We do it because they have spent uncountable billions to make it this way. Germany is built around the central premise that Germany exists to serve the Jews.

i guess you don't know your own history kek.

There's 4 supermarkets in 300 meters from me. 1 alco and product shop right in the building. 4 cafes in 300 meters from me. Dentist clinic and home tech repair in my building. Car parts shop in 100 meters. State polyclinic in 500 meters.
Also plenty of other shops/markets or services things that I've not listed.

Most Finnish commie block concentrations in the middle of nowhere have been built around a multi-use centre that has things like stores, pharmacies, bars and libraries.
