I was on them for some years, until i realized that being sad and complaining about everything wasn't helping. I'm now just pretend to be in a good mood and kerp a small stash to ack myself if I cannot take it any longer.

You should be taking a shorter acting benzo for sleep. Taking one with a half-life of 48+ hours is retarded. You'll get severe withdrawals that way. As the germ said they are hellish
