Is Dubai unironically over? A big part of the city's appeal for these rich fags was that it was this safe haven in an otherwise not so stable region of the world.
>>
irony

the flag of that state literally references a german state because of 1800s german immigration, guy who proposed had the surname Bornhausen

I think it's going to be a giant problem moving forward. Real estate prices already showing some movement. Rich people only cared if their money, bodies, and assets were safe. There's now some signals that show that may not be the case. Fuck Dubai anyway though

It still has the tax advantages, but you can get those elsewhere on the planet and billionaires can move on a whim. You'd be paying a huge premium to live in a place with the demographics of Bangalore and under the constant implicit threat of regional war, it just doesn't make much sense anymore for the ultra wealthy.

For their money. Nobody thought Dubai was safe in a political sense. The UAE is an authoritarian state.
>>
how is this going to affect brazilishers?
>>
>>220746474
the first time in history this question has been asked
>>

It's an authoritarian state but people were free to fuck around and do basically whatever they want outside of criticising the regime until recently, so most didn't mind. Now you have people getting arrested for filming and sharing images of drone bombing shit up,

Rich dumb bimbos who consider living there a status symbol will probably continue going there for a few years until they realize it's over too
