Eating like, thai sticky rice with your hands is ok because that's more like bread. Whether or not something is ok to eat with your hand depends on 3 factors: structural integrity, sloppiness and difficulty to eat with cutlery. Chicken wings are greasy but solid and hard to eat with cutlery on account of the bones. Pizza is easier to eat with cutlery but you can eat it without getting greasy with some skill. Skittles is impossible to eat with cutlery. Mamdanis rice is bottom scoring in all respects.
