I never fullu understand burger slogans.
Whats the job? Why does it need finishing? Why did USA stop and when? Why would a bunch of mid aged, obese people with diabetes want other in some poor brown country to die for that reason, is the reason that important?

Cuba's been an eyesore on america's borders since before you were born. Since the Warsaw pact ended the US is the next Hitler I suppose there's no reason not to invade them and kill them all now. Better them than Greenland at least.
