>>220766800After seeing what gulf Arabs and socialist dictators do with their resources there needs to be someone to slap their wrists even if it's not the US. People aren't the state and everyone uses the same resources globally now, if some poor country loses access to oil or farmland they start invading. The UN was supposed to take on this role, but they think you can make a poor country learn to ration resources by asking nicely and not issuing threats.
