There are probably more examples, but this one is the most annoying one of them all, why is driving etiquette so dead in my country?

I hate other drivers so goddamn much. Everyone but me is a retard on the road.
I really don't understand how people don't get into more accidents. Not only that, but like deadly accidents. People are truly fucking careless and really value getting somewhere 5 minutes sooner over their own life and especially over other peoples' lives.

If in a built up area like in your pic, it doesn't matter if you drive in the "fast" lane because no one can/is supposed to drive fast there. Highways are supposed to have emergency lanes/shoulders for cars to stop, so you can safely drive on the right.
