Even normal headlights are blinding to me and people in northern India attach extra lights over their vehicles for hyperbeam
I think they already sort of are to some extent here. If high beams aren't sufficient for the conditions, you probably shouldn't be driving. Even then, using them all the time is considered very bad driving etiquette. People put flood lights and shit on vehicles for hunting and shit like that, but they don't use them on public roads.

>>220818229they indirectly are, they should be adjusted correctly, you should always dim down to approaching traffic or when your are behind another car and be CE approved although most use cheaper chinese ones. some truckers and others who drive a lot have a set of extra fuck-you lights; if an approaching car doesnt dim down when they have or have poorly adjusted lights they hit the "The Sun" button. that usually wakes them up...
