I agree, every Croatian I've met on the internet has been cool. A couple of them had such good English with so little of an accent that I thought they were Americans, or at least raised in America. Apparently Croatia has some of the highest English proficiency in Europe because so much of their economy is based on tourism. I'd love to visit.
