Around 13. I’m 23 now. Haven’t had ice cream or cake in 10 years. Have tried playing video games a few times but I always think “what am I doing?” within like 15 minutes and turn it off. I can’t really immerse myself in anything anymore, and I don’t really enjoy things.

They haven't yet, but I can feel it coming. Video games are just shit nowadays so I find myself playing games I've played a ton already or going backwards and playing more and more older games. TV has been shit for a really long time so I don't watch much stuff anymore. Youtube has been on a decline since 2014.

Food still tastes nice though.
