Men have no initiative then to start family because of too high chances of being divorce-raped, women have no initiative in continuing relationship because being single benefits them more and looking for other partners of higher status has never been easier in age of humans. Besides, even if you're determined to have a family, in a country of birth rate 1.0, in what environment u think ur child will grow? Amongst other kids similiar to them, with similiar characteristics, IQ, behaviour? Or more with children of immigrants with low IQ, shittier behaviour, no set of rules? It is cruel to have a child in a world like this. The only way I'd see having a family is if I was rich and could afford homeschool my children or send them to private schools. But as of now, there is no chance.
