A lot of service workers here make over six figures from tips. A bartender at a high end restaurant can easily make over $1000 in one night for pouring drinks. Tipping is ass retarded and massively cucked. Never tip.

If you like the food as well, unless the restaurant does pooled tips, the people in the kitchen who actually do the work, not the bimbo server, will get fuck all and they work long hours for little pay. Makes it even worse and an even bigger reason as to why you shouldn't tip. You are pretty much paying to simp and cucking the kitchen workers at the same time.

Restaurants here have started adding optional service charges because they know people don't have the balls to ask for it to be removed, but I always get them to remove it. Once the waiter said 'That's okay, we don't get the money anyway'. Eating out is a fucking con anyway these days, there's no chance I'm giving them more money for nothing.
