are people in your country still religious? does pic related apply to them?
>>

Not really but a lot of people, especially below the age of 40, replace it with spirituality crap which is even more ridiculous
>>
>>220865191
I wish they would be like that. I mean believing in God and follow the rules of Christianity is good for stupid and weak people.
>>

ive never met anyone who was openly christian
faith here is private and personal
>>
I don't get why people need to invoke god to see the logic in Do Unto Others even if we're ignoring the concept of empathy

The thing is, you don't need to be "moral". Like it just limits your possibilities without providing anything of value. Its a great concept to keep the slaves in line but for a free man these are just obstacles.

The average person in my cunt claims religion is necessary otherwise everyone would just go around killing other people. The irony of Brazil being both highly religious and a warzone is somehow lost on them though
>>
>uuuuuuh you need god to be moral
No.
>>
>>220865191
Why do people in monotheistic religions believe that morality comes from religion? This is especially true of Americans.

Yeh, the concept of God is a very good prop for upholding a moral code, as opposed to the nu-sophism dogma that says "you need financial prosperity to be good"
