What grocery store do you shop at in your country? What do you typically buy?
Get this, it's fucking called "Stop & Shop", you stop there and then you shop there.Me?I buy a lot of lettuces, you know, arugula and stuff. Cabbage (red is better), various other vegetables, I like a colorful variety of peppers and crunchy stuff like cucumbers and carrots, you know? Then you've got your brassicas. Cauliflower is really good, so are brussels sprouts. Then you know you gotta get your meat and dairy, and tons of fucking nutritious donuts and pastries and from the bakery and potato chips or corn chips really hit the spot.
