And it's always nasty to see spat out coca leaves all over the place whenever you have too many natives around, specially those in hard labor, they need the energy but it's still nasty and not compatible with a nice looking clean city.Anyways. Some countries are so big even if our entire population went there they'd still not make a dent in the configuration of the city, like in brazil, so they don't care that much.Others like Argentina and Chile had their cities changed when too many natives went there, so no surprises there when movements to kick them out sprung up. Perú is too similar so they don't see a change.
