>>220922727Cycle lanes are stupid and actually make cyclists, and everyone else, less safe. Jut outright banning cars, in places where there is no need for them like in cities at the very least, would make a lot more sense.
They were at first like 10 years ago, but nowadays even right-wing ruled cities are building bike lines like crazy. It's gotten to a point where you move faster by bike than by car in cities like Valencia, Seville or Barcelona
