It actually represents "foreign born " populations not actually overall diapsora sizes for what it's worth. It highlights more of the event immigrants recieved. For example the fourth largest non white group in Canada after Indian, Chinese and flips is actually Jamaicans but they are way low on the list because most of them migrated here decade ago
